Dr. Rudloe is the director of the New England Eye Center – Leominster as well as the New England Eye Center – Framingham. He is available for consultation in all areas of comprehensive ophthalmology. He is an expert in small-incision cataract surgery . His special interests include glaucoma management, pterygium excision and oculoplastics. He has an ongoing interest in cataract surgery in the developing world. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
