bring us a current contact lens prescription. - Register for the online service with our contact lens coordinator in any office listed below. (You need to provide your email address and phone number. We'll enter your prescription.)
You'll receive an email confirming your account and log-in information. - To place an order start by clicking on the link below that corresponds to the office where you registered your prescription.
