Dr. Gorham specializes in pediatric eye disease and strabismus.

His clinical areas include the management of adult and pediatric strabismus, amblyopia, refractive error, congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction, retinopathy of prematurity and other pediatric eye diseases. His surgical practice includes the management of strabismus in children and adults as well as interventions for congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction. His adult strabismus practice incorporates adjustable suture techniques when appropriate.

His research interests include retinopathy of prematurity and healthcare access and equity
